Our indoor space can accommodate up to 220 indoor guests.

We do offer catering services, or you can have your own preferred catering service 

Yes, you can decorate the tables as you like, we do have some decorations available, or you can bring your own. You can hang decorations on the walls as long as it doesn't damage the wall.

For weekend weddings the venue will be available to your party, Friday 12 pm-8pm Saturday 9 am-midnight and Sunday 8 am-2 pm. For weekday weddings call for times available.

Yes, the venue has to be returned to its original state, cleaned and all garbage removed. We do offer cleaning and garbage removal for a fee

  Yes, the Renter is required to obtain, at their own expense, Comprehensive General Liability Insurance Policy of not less than $2,000,000 with host liquor coverage included for bodily injury, property damage, and contractual liability in the aggregate.  a.) Additional Insurers. The Landlord, its agents, representatives, and employees shall be named as additional insureds on this policy, and the Renter shall provide a Certificate of Insurance to the Landlord as proof of coverage before the Lease Period begins. The policy shall provide that it cannot be canceled or materially changed without at least 5 days prior written notice to the Landlord.  If alcohol is severed it must be severed by a certified RAMP bar tender
